Our client, a leading international law firm renowned for its top-tier work across banking, corporate, international capital markets, and litigation, to name a few, is seeking a highly capable and proactive Legal Practice Assistant (LPA) to join their Abu Dhabi office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a prestigious global legal brand, supporting a team of high-performing lawyers — up to Partner level — across a diverse range of international matters. Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Diary Management: • Maintain complex calendars and coordinate schedules for busy legal teams • Arrange internal/external meetings and ensure all prep work and materials are ready • Handle calls and inboxes professionally, using initiative to delegate or escalate where needed • Organise domestic and international travel in line with the firm’s travel policy Document Production & Meeting Support: • Type and format legal documents, correspondence, reports and presentations • Proofread and ensure all documents meet the firm’s high standards • Organise and prepare meeting papers and agendas • Take minutes, track actions and follow up post-meeting Matter Management: • Oversee matter inception and client-care documentation • Coordinate virtual file setups, document storage and matter closures • Track deadlines, manage timelines and support deal completions Finance Support: • Assist with timekeeping, billing, expense claims and credit card reconciliations • Edit time narratives and coordinate closely with Revenue Controllers • Manage invoicing processes from start to finish Business Development: • Support preparation of client pitches and research • Coordinate client events and post-event follow-ups • Build relationships with clients’ support staff and keep contact notes up to date
Requirements
• 2+ years’ experience in legal support, ideally within an international or regional law firm • First-class administrative, organisational and IT skills • Calm under pressure, capable of prioritising and managing multiple deadlines • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication • Discreet, trustworthy and professional with high levels of confidentiality • Flexible, proactive and team-oriented mindset • Client-focused with a polished, service-driven approach • Willing to adapt and evolve within a fast-paced, high-performance legal environment

Full Job Description
· Position: Legal Knowledge & Innovation Officer
· Location: Flexible (remote, with occasional travel if required)
· Reporting to: Managing Partner (Ahmed Elnaggar)
Role Overview
The Legal Knowledge & Innovation Officer will be the knowledge engine and innovation enabler of the firm.
This role combines daily monitoring and analysis of UAE & Egyptian laws and legal news with driving legaltech adoption, AI solutions, and digital growth across our platforms.
You will:
- Keep the team ahead of every new law, draft, amendment, and regulatory change.
- Help the firm adopt technology and AI by suggesting solutions and demonstrating their benefits.
- Support growth in legal research, digital knowledge sharing, and client-facing innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge Mastery
- Monitor and summarize daily updates on UAE & Egypt laws and legal developments (with global awareness).
- Distribute insights to the team in a clear, practical way for client and case impact.
- Build and maintain a structured legal knowledge database.
Innovation & LegalTech
- Act as the firm’s innovation driver, identifying tech and AI tools that enhance efficiency.
- Suggest, test, and demonstrate solutions to the team to encourage adoption.
- Coordinate with IT/tech support on implementation.
Content & Growth
- Write / co-author articles, insights, and knowledge updates for the firm’s digital presence.
- Enhance SEO and digital visibility of the firm.
- Collaborate on building tech-enabled features for the website and client platforms.
Requirements
- Law graduate or equivalent background with proven research skills.
- Strong understanding of UAE & Egyptian legal frameworks (with global awareness as a plus).
- Excellent writing skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Passion for technology, AI, and innovation in the legal field.

The Role: Technology Commercial Legal CounselWe are looking for an outstanding and diligent Technology Commercial Legal Counsel with an excellent track record, a strong work ethic (hard worker), and exceptional attention to details to join our dynamic Legal team based in Abu Dhabi.
You’ll take ownership of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating critical worldwide agreements that underpin Tavily’s business operations, while also ensuring our compliance with global privacy and data protection regulations.
What You’ll DoDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, consulting, referral, reseller and NDAs.
Support and enhance Tavily’s privacy and data protection program, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations such as the GDPR, CCPA, and other global standards.
Review and negotiate DPAs and provide ongoing legal guidance on privacy matters.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product and R&D, to identify legal needs and implement best practices.
Draft employment-related documents and advise on employment law.
Provide legal support on corporate matters.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to assess legal risk and develop practical mitigation strategies.
Bar admission in Abu Dhabi, Israel, U.S. or the UK.
LL.B. or equivalent law degree, from a top-tier university.
3 to 8 years post internship practicing commercial law, either at a leading law firm or as in-house counsel at a tech company.
Strong experience in drafting and negotiating technology commercial agreements.
Native or near-native level of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to relocate to, or currently residing in, Abu Dhabi.
Familiarity with global privacy regulations (such as the GDPR, CPRA, U.S. state privacy laws) – an advantage.
Experience in corporate or employment law – an advantage.
