• Container Logistics: Develop and implement SOPs and KPIs to enhance operational excellence, forecast container flows to optimise resource allocation, and introduce process automation or digital tools for workflow and reporting efficiency.
• Sales and Business Development: Identify and develop cross-stuffing and logistics business opportunities in collaboration with the sales team, engage with clients to offer tailored solutions, and maintain client relationships for retention and upselling.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in logistics, container operations, or cross-stuffing, with exposure to sales/business development.
• Proven track record in managing port, warehouse, and carrier coordination.

• Be responsible for full consistency of transportation Ways of Working.
• Full monthly reporting on the details per shipment. (Call-off time and date, delivery time…etc)
• Escalate all business issues on time and with proper details for fast action and decision making.
• Have working knowledge of basic Safety, security, quality, and Tracking.
• Managing GPS devices and making sure that Security tracking team is highlighting alerts and resolving issues and discrepancies
• Manage all trucks in transit and escalate any issues on delays with TSP, clearing agent and destination team

• University degree in Business Administration / Engineering / Logistics
• Fluent in English and any of the following ( Arabic/Urdu/Hindi )
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
