Position Title: Operations Manager - Logistics Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe Job Description: • Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and order fulfillment • Develop and implement strategic processes to boost logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels • Lead, coach, and build a high-performing logistics team • Manage supplier and third-party relationships (3PLs), conduct contract negotiations, and monitor performance

Requirements
• Open to European and CIS nationals • Male, 40 years and below • At least 2 years’ related experience
