Minimum Overall 17+ years of experience in Oil and Gas industry. Having a minimum of 14+ years in execution of EPC contracts in the Oil & Gas industry. ADNOC project experience is advantage. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is a MUST.

Kuehne + Nagel UAE is looking for a dynamic **Expo & Events Logistics Specialist** to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will ensure best-in-class operations and customer service for all shipments related to exhibitions and events. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver seamless logistics solutions for high-profile events across the region.
**How you create impact**
+ Prepare quotations for customers and KN offices based on subcontractor charges and coordinate bookings with internal and external partners.
+ Provide clients with tailored logistics solutions and regular updates on the status of their shipments.
+ Verify and confirm transport and customs documentation for all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
+ Oversee inbound and outbound shipments for exhibitions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, ensuring timely customs clearance and delivery to booths.
+ Collaborate with vendors and partners to execute Expo & Events shipments and invoice services via FairLOG.
+ Coordination with exhibitor and ground handling team for on-site services, Booth delivery, empty handling, and return collection, .etc

- Receive order confirmation from vendor, reconcile with internal order book and provide order confirmation to internal and external business units
- Track the order book, prepare and update internal tracker for business units both manual and power BI
- Liaise with principal/vendor to obtain latest inbound shipping details and regulate container flow
- Co-ordinate with Principals, shipping and logistics for documentation, custom clearance, and priority of shipments
- Co-ordinate with assigned shipping agent on shipment collection and movements
- Excess shortage claim from principle/vendor
- Coordinate RTV (return to vendor) process whenever required
- Manage product destruction locally upon request from Principle
- Provide accurate seasonal data for internal systems (including data for PI creation, master files, pricing)
- The incumbent must have a deep understanding of order management, shipment tracking and logistics. Proficiency SAP, S4 Hana and advance MS Excel is required. The incumbent should possess strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships. Problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset are also critical to success in this role

This position is for a C-17 Field Operations supply chain specialist to support C-17 operations based in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates .
This is a very dynamic, operationally focused position supporting the UAE strategic airlift capability. Boeing has supply chain responsibility for C-17 parts and is required to achieve key performance indicators (KPI’s) as outlined in our Performance Based Logistics contract. Therefore, we require a highly energetic, skilled professional to fill this position.
Position Responsibilities :
The main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Enter, track and monitor customer orders, deliveries and returns using appropriate IT systems.
- Apply a good knowledge of dangerous goods procedure and IATA regulations.
- Monitor material location and take proactive measures to perform redistribution and stock rotation where necessary.
- Monitor supply chain data to ensure defined reorder points and demand quantities are met.
- Process material returned for repair by the customer and obtain necessary base passes for the movement of materiel.
- Coordinate and process documentation associated with repair items to monitor the movement of assets and components through the repair cycle.
- Work with our shipping agent to expedite inbound and outbound shipments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate delivery problem resolution.
- Act as customer liaison when required to ensure smooth running of the supply support program.
- Complete all necessary receipting and acceptance procedures for equipment.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience)
- Arabic speaking required.
- Recognized Logistics or Supply qualification and typically 3 or more years' experience in Aerospace and Defense supply chain or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience)
- Field experience supporting airlift highly desirable. Experience working with Boeing GOLD and Warehouse on Web (WOW) Supply systems, and with international customers would be an advantage.
- Mechanical Handling Equipment experience is desirable. Familiarity with the Arabic language and culture preferred.
