The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of structural components, including pre-engineered permanent, semi-permanent, and temporary facilities.

This includes installing, maintaining, and repairing roofing systems, floor systems, foundations, gutter systems, and surface coverings.

Additionally, the candidate will perform metal and fabric repair, fabrication work, welding support, corrosion control, pavement painting and striping, vinyl sign production, locksmith services, and form work for concrete.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with engineers, engineering technicians, or industrial machinery installation, repair, and maintenance workers.

They must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

A valid state driver's license and ability to operate government general-purpose vehicles is also required.
