Support the annual maintenance budgeting process, including site-level forecasts and asset lifecycle planning.
Provide inputs for budgeting new, existing, and upgraded assets.
Maintain regular reporting structures: daily activity reports, weekly timesheets, monthly PM reports, and quarterly summaries.
Engage with internal teams across OT Cybersecurity operations, Group Risk & Compliance, BCP, and vulnerability management.
Participate in evaluations of emerging technologies, tools, and third-party services.
Contribute to the development and updating of OT cybersecurity documentation.
Support cybersecurity risk assessments, audits, and incident response activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics/Computer/Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
7–10 years in IT/OT cybersecurity, with at least 3 years specifically in OT/ICS environments.
Experience with DCS, SCADA, and PLC systems from vendors like Honeywell, Yokogawa, ABB, Schneider Electric, Siemens, etc.
Hands-on experience in cybersecurity system maintenance, risk management, system hardening, and network protection.
Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST, CIS CSC, and ITIL frameworks.
Knowledge of:
Malware & patch management, application whitelisting.
Industrial control systems (ICS), field protocols (OPC, Modbus, DNP3, etc.)
Network devices (switches, firewalls), SIEM, and data diodes (e.g., OWL, Waterfall).
Experience in:
OT system health checks, incident response, asset & configuration management.
Managing service agreements and vendor engagements.
Network security architecture and segmentation strategies.
Preferred Certifications:
GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals
CCNA (R&S or Cybersecurity)
CISSP, GCIA, GDSA, GCWN
ITIL/ITSM
OT certifications from industrial vendors
Daily coordination with line managers and OT cybersecurity operations teams (Upstream & Downstream).
Interaction with vendors, integrators, OEMs, and third-party service providers for technical clarifications and maintenance coordination.

What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for periodical, predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Increasing efficiency in maintenance processes by applying Kaizen, 5S and other continuous improvement methods
- Developing solutions to optimize energy consumption by making analyzes on energy management and efficiency,
- Keeping track of equipment and spare parts required for maintenance and repair work
- Carrying out maintenance work in accordance with occupational safety and environmental policies,
- Keeping maintenance records and reports regularly.
- Installation and start-up of new equipment. Preparing of maintenance plans of the new equipment and follow-up the maintenance plans.
- To prepare procedures, instructions and technical specifications
- To ensure the coordination of relevant companies and plan necessary training on machines and production lines in order to ensure the best maintenance of machines and production lines
- Analyzing system failures and performing root cause analysis

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- Fluency in English
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in production facilities
- Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement techniques knowledge
- SAP-PM knowledge
- Energy management & energy efficiency knowledge
- Able to read electrical circuit diagrams and diagnose faults,
- Preferably experienced in PLC systems and automation
- Aware of working in accordance with occupational safety rules,
- Teamwork, solution-oriented and analytical thinking skills
- For male candidates, they have completed their military service,
- Preferably with an energy manager certificate
- To have knowledge on subjects such as power electronic circuits, low and high voltage panels, power distribution systems, generator, and UPS systems.
