To ensure that all machines electrical & mechanical installations in the assigned dept. are in efficient working order with minimum down time.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Having knowledge doing general, predictive and preventive maintenance of all Injection & Blow Moulding, thermoforming machines & accessories machines allocated & giving report to superiors.
· Attend to break downs and resolve issues related to Electricals, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatic areas ensuring minimal loss of production time. Basic knowledge of Utilities like air compressors & AC’s & Chillers required checking & correcting.
· To make alternative arrangements in consultation with the superiors, in case of major breakdown of motors, pumps, electric parts breakdown and other heavy machinery parts.
· To ensure generation and maintenance of records, job cards, etc. for repair works undertaken on various equipment and other machineries.
· To provide assistance in all matters to the superior and give workable suggestions on process / machinery / efficiency improvements
· To ensure good housekeeping and cleanliness in all areas involved and works undertaken
· To ensure that safety regulations in respect of all equipment repairs are strictly followed in all circumstances.
· Ensure compliance to Safety, Quality, Food Safety and Environment requirements as specified in the global QHSE Management System with strict adherence to ISO and local regulatory authority.
· Ensure that all records and documents are up to date and have full traceability and retrieval at all times and that all processes, procedures & activities comply with ISO and management procedures.
· To ensure that all company operational and ethical practices and policies are adhered to at all times.
· Perform any other job/task assigned by the Maintenance Executive to accomplish department objectives.

Job Summary
The Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) Technician is responsible for the execution of aircraft ground handling and servicing operations at an assigned installation. Reporting directly to the Supervisor, the TAS Technician performs aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure tasks in support of mission requirements.
This position ensures all aircraft servicing activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), applicable Technical Orders, airfield safety standards, and U.S. Government/U.S. Air Force directives. The TAS Technician is accountable for maintaining operational readiness, adhering to strict safety protocols, and supporting continuous 24/7/365 flight line operations in a high-tempo, austere environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
+ Maintain a ZERO Harm workplace by strictly adhering to all flight line safety requirements, including FOD prevention, tool control, and proper use of PPE at all times .
+ Perform aircraft marshaling, parking, and positioning in accordance with applicable Technical Orders and airfield procedures.
+ Execute aircraft arrival and departure services, including chocking , grounding, and ensuring safe positioning on the flight line.
+ Conduct aircraft servicing operations, including general ground handling tasks required to support aircraft turn-around and mission readiness.
+ Assist in aircraft launch and recovery operations in coordination with Supervisors and Airfield Management.
+ Perform operator-level inspections and servicing of assigned equipment, including vehicles and support equipment used in TAS operations.
+ Maintain strict accountability of tools and equipment; ensure compliance with tool control programs at all times .
+ Participate in FOD prevention activities, including routine flight line inspections and immediate removal of foreign objects.
+ Follow all applicable Technical Orders, safety directives, and standard operating procedures during all aircraft servicing operations.
+ Communicate effectively with Supervisors and team members to ensure safe and efficient execution of tasks.
+ Identify and report safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, and operational issues to leadership immediately .
+ Support documentation requirements, including aircraft servicing records, shift logs, and inspection checklists.
+ Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the flight line and work areas.
+ Support training and qualification requirements to maintain mission readiness and compliance with certification standards.
+ Perform duties in austere conditions, including extreme weather, while maintaining safety and operational discipline.

+ Provide technical support for development, implementation and commissioning of new projects in the mechanical design and specifications to optimize costs and ensure compliance with applicable standards and best practices.

+ Carry out study for major rotating equipment frequent failures and provide recommendations.

Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree is a MUST.
+ Minimum Overall 15+ years of experience in execution of EPC contracts in the Oil & Gas industry of which minimum 8 years in engineering and maintenance of Rotating equipment within a large industrial organization Experience in Gas Processing/NGL & EPC/Detail Engineering project.
+ Extensive experience in rotating equipment design, engineering, construction and maintenance and operation in the oil and gas industry.
+ Familiarity of international design codes and standards, you will have the ability to prepare design, procurement, construction, (pre) commissioning and hand-over specification packages for rotating equipment
+ Familiarity of the capabilities and shortcomings of major rotating equipment manufacturers, and a proven track record of conducting technical and commercial negotiations with them
+ Knowledge of HSE procedures & practices Planning and Organizing, Scheduling and Coordinating, Checking, Examining and Recording
+ Must have handled mega Oil & Gas FEED/ EPC Projects (more than 1 billion US$).

The Lead Product Service Engineer - Controls Platform HMI & Network provides direct technical support to global GE Vernova Gas Power customers across three primary workstreams.
1) Resolving or mentoring team through customer technical inquiries via engineering request (ER) cases
2) Leading or engaging in complex issues involving Power Plant Control Systems, HMIs. Networks and associated product Cyber Security root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for high business impact issues, often with cross-functional teams.
3) Communicating GEV technical guidance to customers or site representatives via user conferences, customer webinars, and technical documents; additionally, communicating technical details and business risks to GE Vernova internal stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Own the technical resolution to multiple complex Controls system issues including Mark VI/VIe Product line,Human Machine Interface (HMI) platform, Industrial communication interface (Modbus, Foundation Fieldbus, OPC,Profibus, CAN bus, EGD etc.), historians, and industrial cyber security atpower plants with a sense of urgency.
+ Identify trending issues and provide countermeasures to protect our customers' fleet, then communicate to the relevant audience (TILs, PSxBs, ETCs, OnTheGo alerts, etc.)
+ Collaborate with Design Engineering, Product Management, Regional Customer Engineering Centers, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Vendors, and/or Customers to provide sound technical resolution in a timely manner
+ Drive complex RCAs through root cause and corrective action while communicating both internally (field teams, GEV leadership) and externally to end customers
+ Lead and promote the GE Vernova Way traits, lean principles, and simplification into day-to-day activities
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in engineering from accredited university.
+ Minimum 5 years of direct experience withHuman Machine Interface (HMI) platform, Industrial communication interface (Modbus, Foundation Fieldbus, OPC,Profibus, CAN bus, EGD etc.), historians, and industrial cyber securityat power plants.
+ Proven experience in a customer-facing role
+ Strong oral and written communication in English language
+ This role requires around 10-15% within and outside of the region
