We are seeking experienced Business Setup Consultants to join our team.

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in UAE business formations, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully closing deals.

As a Business Setup Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with clients, guiding them through the setup process, and ensuring seamless coordination with our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with potential clients, understanding their business requirements and guiding them through the intricacies of mainland and freezone business formations in the UAE.
  2. Conduct detailed consultations with clients, presenting our service offerings, pricing structures, and outlining the timelines for business setup.
  3. Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals with clients, addressing any objections or concerns they may have during the process.
  4. Liaise with the operations team to facilitate a seamless transition of client requirements, ensuring all necessary information is communicated for efficient execution.
  5. Provide regular and proactive updates to clients on the progress of their business setup, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  6. Stay informed about changes in regulations and procedures related to business formations in the UAE, and incorporate this knowledge into client interactions.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, deals closed, and ongoing business setup projects.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute insights for improving client acquisition strategies and materials.
  9. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all client interactions and dealings.

Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in business setup consultancy in the UAE.
  2. In-depth knowledge of mainland and free zone business formations.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven track record of successful deal closures.

Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams to conduct market research and perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Engage with clients to gather, analyze, and interpret data in support of assessments

Educational Background
For Engagement Managers a degree in a quantitative, problem solving, or critical reasoning discipline (e.g., business, finance, mathematics, engineering, statistics, etc.) from a top educational institution is preferred.
Work Experience
Engagement managers should have at least 6-9 years of aviation/aerospace industry working experience and/or relevant consultancy work experience. Candidates will also be considered with a strong background from other industries/positions offering relevant transferable skills (e.g., investment banking, management consulting). Candidates must have experience managing analytical teams.
Travel
Domestic and overseas travel may be required 25-50% on average, or more during certain periods.
