What you will do
Join Johnson Controls as a Technician specializing in Building Management Systems (BMS). You'll be part of a dynamic team handling service, maintenance, and retrofit projects across commercial, retail, Data Centers, and hospitality sectors. This role involves onsite system verification, preventive maintenance, testing, and commissioning of fit-out projects.
How you will do it- Install, commission, and maintain Direct Digital Control (DDC) controllers and field devices.
- Program controllers and integrate HVAC control systems.
- Handle emergency breakdowns and customer calls professionally.
- Conduct system operation training and prepare handover documentation.
- Generate monthly/quarterly Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) reports and schedules.
- Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2+ years of Building Management Systems installation, commissioning, and servicing experience.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety standards.
- Experience with Johnson Controls Metasys System.
- Familiarity with CCT, programming languages.
- Knowledge of MS Word & Excel, Power Point.
