- Report any non-conformance related to process, safety, or food quality, supporting the production supervisor in meeting the schedule.
- Complete and interpret control charts accurately, manage material ordering and inventory, and minimize product waste.
- Minimum 7 years of production experience in the Meat & Poultry Processing Industry.
- At least 5 years as an Operator/Technician in multinational companies, with proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Lead the wood shredding unit with a production capacity of 300 tons/day.
• Oversee and manage a team of Shredding Machine Operators, Supervisors, Safety Officers, and Shovel Operators.
• Ensure peak performance and minimal downtime of industrial shredding equipment such as MOBARK, HUSS, and Hammel.
• Monitor the intake and classification of waste, used, and fresh wood to maintain a stable input pipeline.
• Ensure consistent output of shredded wood fuel for industrial use, particularly in wood-fired boilers in the paper industry.
• Optimize machine efficiency, operational flow, and output quality.
• Track and report on operational metrics, costs, and productivity KPIs.
• Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure preventive and corrective servicing of all shredding equipment.

Requirements:

- Prepare detailed project reports, risk mitigation plans, and execution frameworks for management.
- Machinery & Equipment Procurement

- Lead technical negotiations, commercial discussions, and procurement contracts.
- Ensure proper equipment specification, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and documentation.
- Product & Process Integration
- Support coordination with product development/formulation team.
- Translate product needs (e.g. carbonation, dosing, shelf-life) into machine configuration and process design.
- Ensure seamless integration of recipe, dosing, filling, and packaging workflow.
- 10–20 years of experience in beverage/FMCG manufacturing, with proven plant setup or project execution background.
- Expertise in can filling/seaming lines, packaging, and utilities.
- Prior experience working with OEMs such as Krones, Angelus, Ferrum, Sidel, KHS, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of utilities (compressors, chillers, boilers, water treatment, CO₂/N₂ dosing).
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical preferred).
- Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
Based in Dubai, willing to relocate or travel as required.
