We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Line Worker to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating machines on the production line, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities- Operate machinery on the production line according to standard operating procedures
- Ensure products meet quality standards by conducting regular checks and reporting any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Must be an Indian national with a valid UAE residence visa
- Previous experience working in a factory or manufacturing setting is preferred

We're hiring a Quality Control Specialist to manage product quality across packaging and fragrance supply chains. You'll inspect incoming and outgoing goods, coordinate with suppliers and Product Development, manage samples and SGS inspections, handle non-conformities, and maintain quality documentation.
Responsibilities- Inspect incoming materials, production batches and shipment samples (pumps, collars, caps, bottles, cans, fragrances).
- Register new products in product-development file/ERP and support item code creation.
- Coordinate product development steps: review drawings with PDD, obtain supplier quotes, follow technical drawings, manage mock-ups and mold/sample approvals, Check the feasibility with the supplier and advise RM
- Train the Sales Team on the technical aspects of newly arrived stock items.

- Train Sales, customers or plant staff on technical handling and product assembly when required.
- Maintain QC records for audits (ISO/Ecovadis….) and support continuous improvement.
- 3–5 years in quality control in fragrance, cosmetics, packaging, pharmacy or FMCG.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or related field.
- Strong knowledge of QC procedures, sampling plans, defect classification, and vendor management.
- Experience coordinating with suppliers, tooling/mold processes, third-party inspectors (SGS) and ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience with décor/printing inspection, decorative glass/aluminum components is an advantage.
