The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. They will control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents.

This role requires strong organizational skills to maintain, update and issue documents for circulation, as well as recommending, developing, and reviewing QA Standards, policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Control and maintain documents related to quality management systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
• Schedule and conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, including internal food safety audits and external audits.
• Analyze monitoring activities and present reports on quality objectives, OHSE and trends.
• Prepare and update manuals, policies, procedures and other documents for all relevant functions as per regulatory requirements.
• Train employees on GHP and ensure completion of GHP Exams for all food handlers.
• Maintain records of equipment calibration, employee training and other relevant documentation.
• Stay abreast with latest regulatory standards and update documents accordingly.

• 2 years' experience with FMCG industry preferably beverage industry
