Key Responsibilities:
- Production Oversight:
- Supervise and coordinate all manufacturing activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement production schedules and adjust as necessary to respond to changing demands.
- Team Management:
- Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues or concerns.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance the skills of the production team.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
- Investigate and address any quality issues promptly.

- Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to identify and

- Inventory Management:

- Report regularly on production performance to management.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, manufacturing, operations management) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
