  • Understand the booking funnel and optimization drivers between advertisers and Agoda.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers for sustained growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
  • Fluent in English and Korean (spoken and written).
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in SQL, Tableau, MS Excel, and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior management.
  • Experience in interacting with external senior executives is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights and recommendations.

Preferred: Proven experience in business development, account management, or online marketing.
