Executive Summary
Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming market and CRM/ERP data into strategic insights to support client global sales and business development activities.
This role will play a key part in identifying commercial opportunities, understanding industry trends, and providing decision-making support to sales leadership through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry and pipeline-related projects is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze CRM data to track sales performance, customer behavior, and opportunity pipeline.
- Collect and interpret market intelligence, competitor movements, and trends in the O&G sector.
- Support the preparation of regional and global sales forecasts, strategic plans, and business reviews.
- Build visual dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel) to provide commercial and operational insights.

Technical Requirements & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field is required.
- Desirable: Postgraduate degree or certifications in Market Intelligence, Business Analytics, or Sales Strategy.
- Additional languages - Portuguese or others are a plus, but not mandatory.
- Solid academic foundation in quantitative analysis, commercial strategy, and industrial markets is a plus.
- Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, charts)

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to elevate the data reporting and analytics landscape across our events portfolio. This role will be central to enhancing our Power BI ecosystem, building intuitive dashboards, and embedding a culture of self-service analytics across commercial, operations, and marketing teams.
In this position, you’ll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting needs, develop scalable BI solutions, and enable business users to derive insights independently. You’ll work with data from Redshift, Salesforce, and other business platforms to ensure accuracy, relevance, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Dashboard Development & Data Visualization
- Design and build user-friendly dashboards in Power BI for various departments.
- Create reports aligned with key business KPIs and ensure responsiveness across devices.
- Apply best practices in UI/UX to enhance dashboard usability and adoption.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Self-Service Enablement
- Work closely with commercial, ops, marketing, and product teams to gather requirements.
- Help non-technical users navigate and use dashboards effectively through training and support.
- Translate strategic goals into reporting outcomes that drive action.
Data Quality & Query Optimization
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

- Manage Power BI workspace, access control, and dataset refresh scheduling.
- Collaborate with data engineering on improvements to the underlying Redshift models.

- Identify opportunities for automation of recurring reports and data tasks.
- Explore AI-enhanced BI features (summarization, natural language Q&A, etc.) where appropriate.
Documentation & Support

Requirements:
- Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience in BI/reporting roles.
