- You have experience working with large, disparate and/or unstructured data sets (e.g., using advanced Excel skills, SQL queries).
- Strong capabilities in logical & critical thinking with a high level of inquisitiveness and attention to details to be able to analyze trends & errors in data.
- You show a willingness to learn, are a team player, a quick learner, and can work within short deadlines across multiple tasks.

Job Description
At our Dubai-based Sales Team, we actively cover global & local intermediaries, family offices, asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds and sovereign wealth funds with a dynamic and team-driven approach across the Middle East and North Africa. This broad client base has diverse needs and requirements regarding strategies they invest in and day-to-day client servicing.
In this role, you will provide ongoing support to the Sales team with their day-to-day client activity and strategic initiatives while working with Portfolio Management, Client Services, Marketing, RFP, Compliance and Performance Teams.
- Conduct market research and help on business strategy/client analysis.
- Support client and prospects-related activity (presentations, regulatory framework, etc.).
- Assist the Sales team during client meetings, write call reports and ensure completion of follow-up tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team (database management, CRM system, pipeline run, client/product mapping) to enhance the sales process.
- Help organize targeted client events across Middle East & North Africa.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Client Service, marketing, compliance and legal.
- Broaden your understanding of NB's capabilities and product suite across various asset classes. Work closely with the client-facing team to ensure clients' deliverables and follow-up requests are completed.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn about leading fundamental and quantitative investment strategies through regular interaction with senior Portfolio Managers located around the world.
