Your main responsibilities will be:
-Plan, design, organize, lead analyse report results of standards as well as ad-hoc studies for all business units (consumer, truck farm and OTR) all brands of Goodyear (Goodyear, Dunlop, Fulda and Sava).
-Negotiate and agree research projects based on research brief in line with research objective. Communicate with clients to understand and document the business objectives. Formulation of analysis plans.
-Designing or assisting in the development of questionnaires and discussion guides to ensure the necessary data is captured.

-Extensive knowledge of research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative) statistics and analysis techniques.
-Solid understanding of the market research business in planning and execution. Experience of knowledge of the automotive or tire industry, products and market is an additional asset.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality research actionable insights and strategic recommendations that influence product development and commercial success. Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement consumer insight plans in collaboration with sales and fragrance development teams.
  • Conduct and manage quantitative and qualitative research including agency briefing negotiation and quality control.
  • Analyze research data critically using internal tools linking insights to real-world actions and business impact.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration from project initiation to final delivery including logistics and fieldwork.
  • Organize creative workshops and sessions to translate insights into winning briefs and commercial strategies.
  • Maintain transparent communication on project status budget and timelines with management and stakeholders.

You bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Psychology or a chemistry-related field (Masters preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in market research within FMCG research agencies or the fragrance/flavor industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of market research planning and organizing and decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical and creative thinking skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Outstanding communication presentation and interpersonal skills with diplomacy and high ethical standards.
  • Language skills:English required; Arabic and French are a plus.

Our company is seeking a talented Consumer Insights Analyst to join our team. As a Consumer Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering client-centric solutions in consumer insight and marketing effectiveness.
