About the RoleAs a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including creating tracking links and maintaining tracking master files per show. You will also be required to assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns.
You will act as the point of contact with all show exhibitors, ensuring that their marketing needs are met, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure that they are satisfied with the service provided.
You will also be responsible for updating the marketing side of the exhibitor manual and managing it for the next edition, as well as onsite management of exhibitor requests.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of all planned campaigns

- Act as point of contact with all show exhibitors
- Conduct follow-up calls
- Update and manage the marketing side of the exhibitor manual
