Overview of the role:
  • The primary focus of the role is responsible for overall brand development, brand performance, and generating opportunities to do business in local and international markets.
What you will do:
  • Setting the targets for the performance of the brand over time and in particular the performance of all marketing campaigns.

  • Regional management of creative, media, social events, and sponsorship calendars.
  • Full reporting of regular updates on campaign performance. Regional Marketing Budget management.

Role purpose: -

The purpose of this role is to develop and deliver fully integrated marketing plans that support UAEs business strategy. The purpose is:

  • Design develop and deliver marketing campaigns that contribute
    to the growthand success of GHD in EMEA specifically in the UAE
  • Help the UAE business to effectively articulate our story through the right channels to win work support our clients and enhance our brand

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the implementation of an industry leading effective multi-channel marketing communications programme for the UAE
  • Develop and manage a series of multi-channel market campaigns designed to target key client groups and subject matter areas
  • Working with Market Leaders and BGLs in region support raising the visibility awareness and reputation of GHD across priority stakeholders with the aim of increasing engagement building deeper client relationships increasing income generating opportunities and enhancing GHDs impact
  • Lead UAE campaign execution and ensure these adhere to project brief and brand standards
  • Contribute to and support the EMEA and global content planning calendar including all social media channels
  • Utilise Salesforce to nurture enquiries establishing a regular rhythm of content for various stakeholders and markets
  • Analyse data to monitor the success of campaigns and ROI to optimise activities based on data-driven insights; implement improvements where necessary
  • Working with key stakeholders support internal communications and planning where relevant
  • Lead event attendance planning and award submissions as required

Specific experience skills & knowledge: -

  • Strong ability to see the bigger picture and think strategically about the future opportunities for GHD across the region
  • Creative thinker and implementer always looking at new ideas for campaigns and thought leadership programmes
  • Knowledge and awareness in our markets would be advantageous
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills including communication to a range of audiences and ability to articulate campaign objectives and drive consensus understanding and campaign success
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills with ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment under tight deadlines
  • Works effectively with people and builds good working relationships
  • Strong digital and technology skills

Qualifications / skills:-

  • Min. 7 years of experience in a Marketing with successful delivery of large multi-channel complex marketing campaign programmes.
  • Strong track record of working cross-functionally within a complex matrix organisation
  • Successional experience in forming strong and collaborative relationships with team members across different regions and focus areas
  • Good understanding of ensuring that marketing and communications activity aligns with and enhances the GHD brand strategy and is aligned the GHD growth strategy

  • Strong portfolio of integrated brand campaigns—across digital, social, ATL, and content—that have driven measurable growth or cultural relevance
  • Hands-on experience managing agencies, designers, copywriters, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on marketing goals

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, campaign execution, or communications, ideally in fast-paced, consumer-facing (B2C) digital environments, e.g., telco, e-commerce, tech, fintech, lifestyle
  • Proven track record of building and launching brands (zero-to-one experience) or leading high-impact campaigns in culturally diverse, digitally savvy markets
  • Strong portfolio of integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, ATL, and content that have driven measurable growth or cultural relevance
  • Hands-on experience managing agencies, designers, copywriters, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on marketing goals
  • Strong understanding of local consumer insights and how to translate them into resonant creative brand and communications strategies
  • Excellent project management skills; demonstrated strong ability to juggle multiple priorities, timelines, and collaborators with clarity and speed
  • Startup mindset: agile, hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Experience in the MENA region is strongly preferred

The purpose of this position is to lead business development and marketing activities for our Abu Dhabi and Dubai businesses focusing on delivering activities which promote our market profile develop prospective and key client relationships and enable revenue growth. Responsibilities

Marketing and communications

  • Workwith the regional marketing team to support a regular and compelling flow of content to clients and prospects through social and traditional media
  • Support flagship regional marketing campaigns to drive increased client engagement and lead generation
  • Provide support and advise to technical teams regarding social media collateral marketing channels
  • Support the execution of the UAE internal communications plan
  • Develop and deliver high-quality written content across a range of formats and styles including marketing collateral (e.g. brochures case studies) press releases thought leadership articles and client insights aligned to strategic work-winning efforts
  • Conduct research and contribute to market intelligence reports to inform positioning campaigns and client engagement strategies

Bids and systems

  • Support large/complex bids assisting with bid delivery with the UAE bidding team

Key clients
