Job Objective:

Develop and implement innovative marketing and communication strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, strengthen existing customer loyalty, and drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Marketing Planning

  • Develop monthly and annual marketing plans for the restaurants (Italian and Asian concepts).

2- Content Management

  • Oversee food photography and promotional video production.

5- Promotions & Innovation

6- Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with chefs and operations teams to highlight the unique features of the dishes.
  • Work closely with the design and production teams to develop marketing materials.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B sector.
  • Ability to integrate and utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools across marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer behavior in global cuisines (especially Italian and Asian).
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
