We are looking for an exceptional Marcomms & Brand Manager to lead brand-building and campaign execution for one of the boldest new digital telco brands launching in the MENA region. This is a high-impact B2C-facing role, reporting to the Head of Marketing, with end-to-end ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and local relevance.

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Bridging strategy & execution: Ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholders between business goals and campaign execution, balancing long-term brand building with shorter-term commercial wins
  • Manage country marketing execution teams: Build and lead a lean and nimble marketing team while working closely with regional teams across creative, media, and analytics to adapt assets and strategies for local market resonance

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, campaign execution, or communications, ideally in fast-paced, consumer-facing (B2C) digital environments, e.g., telco, e-commerce, tech, fintech, lifestyle
  • Proven track record of building and launching brands (zero-to-one experience) or leading high-impact campaigns in culturally diverse, digitally savvy markets
  • Strong portfolio of integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, ATL, and content that have driven measurable growth or cultural relevance
  • Hands-on experience managing agencies, designers, copywriters, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on marketing goals
  • Strong understanding of local consumer insights and how to translate them into resonant creative brand and communications strategies
  • Excellent project management skills; demonstrated strong ability to juggle multiple priorities, timelines, and collaborators with clarity and speed

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Communications and should have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience, preferably in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels. He/She must be presentable, highly dedicated and a great team player with a passion for quality service and must be willing to work flexible hours. Excellent spoken and written English. An additional language will be highly regarded. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.

Role Overview

The key role involves day-to-day media liaison and project management within accounts. This individual excels at pitching client stories to the media, integrating social media into PR campaigns, and communicating effectively with clients, media, and influencer contacts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Assist campaign managers and directors with client and project management; provide strategic advice; maintain client relationships; support business development through pitch preparation and research.
  • Media Outreach: Follow news agendas; pitch content to journalists, bloggers, analysts, and influencers; manage press tours and briefings; adapt campaign plans; respond rapidly to breaking news; build media contacts; attend industry events.
  • Content Creation: Draft biographies, press releases, alerts, Q&As, backgrounders, and boilerplates; create press materials; develop news angles; review and guide content quality.
  • Digital / Social Media: Leverage social platforms to expand networks; pitch digital content; explore new tools; provide social insights; collaborate with digital teams.
  • Talent Development: Mentor junior staff; meet personal and client objectives; report activity levels; support training and development.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track media activity; review reports; communicate performance internally and to management.
  • General: Support team initiatives; promote the brand and values; assist HR efforts; contribute to system and process improvements.

About You

  • Above average experience in corporate communications at a senior level.
  • Attention to detail; excellent written and spoken English; creative thinking.
  • Understanding of client issues; strong presentation skills; broad media knowledge; research skills.
  • Leadership ability; effective delegation; calm under pressure; confident at board level; current affairs awareness; professional appearance.
