Responsibilities
  • Create and manage project plans for various marketing and event activities.
  • Work with team members in their respective areas to ensure all elements in the planning calendar are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate events, meetings and Creative Festival by identifying, assembling, and organizing requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; managing mailing lists to ensure event success.
  • Develop Festival Planning Calendar with weekly team meetings to ensure all goals are met in a timely manner.
  • Maintain email lists for internal and external communications.
  • Track progress of planning and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Write and Manage sharing of monthly project status report.
  • Provide support in social media monitoring process.
  • Assist in collating marketing materials.
  • Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for completion of new and different requests.
  • Maintain records of press coverage.

  • Ensure that brand identities of each event are consistently applied.

Prerequisites:
