Skills & Experience- Previous project management experience, preferably with start-ups

- Create and manage project plans for various marketing and event activities.
- Work with team members in their respective areas to ensure all elements in the planning calendar are delivered on time.
- Coordinate events, meetings and Creative Festival by identifying, assembling, and organizing requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; managing mailing lists to ensure event success.
- Develop Festival Planning Calendar with weekly team meetings to ensure all goals are met in a timely manner.
- Maintain email lists for internal and external communications.
- Track progress of planning and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Write and Manage sharing of monthly project status report.
- Provide support in social media monitoring process.
- Assist in collating marketing materials.
- Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for completion of new and different requests.
- Maintain records of press coverage.

Motivate Media Group is looking for an Events Marketing Manager to provide support to the events team and assist in the planning and execution of Motivate Events such as What’s on Nightlife Awards, What’s On Lock in Events, Campaign ME Conference Events, Gulf Business Awards & Tech Awards, Emirates Women Awards, Identity Design Awards to name but a few.
The role is very dynamic, incorporating a wide variety of tasks and event types. Working to deadlines, planning and project management will be a common feature of work to ensure the events run successfully. There is a strong administrative, budgeting, live/online event marketing execution and guestlist management elements to this role. Interpersonal skills are important, as you will be liaising with internal staff, event contributors, suppliers, sponsors, partners etc. Pre-event you’ll be managing the event guest list and seating plans for the gala awards. On the day of an event, problem solving, creativity and determination all play their part in making a success of the role.
Responsibilities:- Create a communication strategy for all Motivate Events.
- Create campaigns to drive the performance of Motivate Events across (print, pr, digital, social, barters and third-party platforms).
- Create campaigns to drive event revenue (tickets & tables, sponsorship leads, trophies etc…. across (print, pr, digital, social, barters and third-party platforms).
- Ensure that marketing campaigns encompass the effective use of omni-channels media – print, radio, digital, social, pr, outdoor, and other third-party platforms.
- Analyse the events marketing strategy and effectiveness to adapt the marketing activities and improve ROI and performance of each campaign.
- Ensure that brand identities of each event are consistently applied.
- Establish, build and manage effective media partnerships opportunities that raise awareness of the events, ensuring relevant event associations/fit.
- Monitor campaign performance, produce relevant and timely reports and recommend changes to campaign execution based on data insights.
- Produce on going weekly activity reports and deliver them in events meetings detailing effectiveness and providing future recommendations to increase the performance and revenue.
- Lead the invite and guest acquisitions process for all event brands.
- Create media plans, design and EDM briefs for each event.

The role will support all admin, business and project tasks across the region that contribute to the smooth running of the EMEA Marketing and Creative output, touching on all areas of the business including Marketing, XFN, Creative, Legal, Ops, Strategy, Finance, and External Agencies. This role is an individual contributor role - but requires a significant degree of influence to ensure outcomes are achieved for the market.
What you'll do:
+ Work with the Senior Manager, on EMEA processes including administration tasks, forecasting, resourcing, templates, asset management and sourcing, QA-ing, and playbook upkeep and management
+ Lead XFN Project briefs and Project Management for XFN Big Bets activations or EMEA wide projects, setting up timelines, reviews, weekly syncs, and co-ordination all project deliverables including QA and quality control
+ Lead the central coordination of case study GTM for EMEA
+ Deliver wrap up materials and campaign metrics to share across the broader business in partnership with XFN teams
+ Support our agency model and strategy team by conducting vendor searches, ensuring once selected they are onboarded to Snapchat
+ Delivery of administrative tasks such as raising POs, NDAs, SOWs, templates and guidelines, and all supplier onboarding
+ Partner with our legal teams to ensure the correct processes and legal requirements are followed on all marketing materials, including clearance reports and Jira submissions for approved stats
+ All tooling support (Splash page creation, Salesforce, Contentful, Smartsheets, JIRA)
+ Ensure teams are updated regularly on project status, creative reviews, and campaign results
+ Build best practices for the region, partnering with Global teams for efficiencies
