The Digital Marketing Lead manages and executes full scope of eDubbuy’s digital marketing mix and programs in order to drive traffic, acquire new customers and grow sales on eDubbuy.com and Vahedna.com. Primary responsibilities include digital agency management, campaign management and implementation, and reporting. The position works closely with IT.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field (Marketing, Business)
- 3-5 years of MEA experience with Digital or Online Marketing and Web Analytics
- 2+ years managing digital vendors/agencies including ROI, budget and planning
- Knowledge of Email Marketing Programs and Email Service Providers (ESPs) preferred
- Knowledge of consumer behavior and how to apply in the realm of digital marketing
- Knoweldge of the affiliate space and how to execute an affiliate marketing strategy
Technical Skills and Experience
- Proficiency with SEO, SEM, paid search, Google AdWords
- Proficiency with attribution-based tracking, custom UTM tags and metrics
- Proficient with Google Analytics
- Experience of Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) advertising landscape
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- Optional: Knowledge of Amazon’s marketing tools
- Optional: Knowledge of industry-leading email tools such as Bronto, SFMC, etc.

Role Summary
Role Summary: Within the Strategy & Analytics team, Property Finder is looking for a strong Lead, Marketing Analytics who will be responsible for partnering with the Marketing team to develop best-in-class tools, measurement frameworks, and insights that enable campaign effectiveness, customer growth, and improved return on marketing investments.

- Guide and mentor a team of analysts and managers, fostering a culture of excellence in analytical thinking, marketing measurement, and strategic storytelling.
- Design and oversee complex analyses to evaluate campaign performance, customer journeys, and marketing ROI — turning insights into actionable recommendations.
- Support communication of key insights and strategic findings to the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring marketing performance, opportunities, and priorities are clearly articulated.
- 7+ years of work experience in Strategy team or Analytics in a reputable tech company or a top tier management consulting company
- Proven record of high performance and achievements in education life and career
- Team management experience in a fast paced, impact oriented organization.
- Fluency in English
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Experience in putting together presentations for senior audiences with a storyline
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience in presenting technical content to clients and non technical audiences
- Having an eye on detail, immediately picking up issues and data quality problems.
