About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Search Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute end-to-end paid search strategies across Google Ads and Bing Ads, ensuring optimal campaign performance and ROI.
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns with a focus on cost-per-lead (CPL), return-on-ad-spend (ROAS), lead-to-sale ratio, and revenue contribution.
- Branding and Positioning: Create compelling ad creatives in collaboration with design and content teams, ensuring consistency with brand tone in both English and Arabic.
- Analytics and Automation: Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Ads Manager, and CRM tools, identifying opportunities for optimization and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in paid search, with at least 3 years in the UAE real estate sector.
- Skills: Proven success in lead generation and ROI-focused marketing campaigns, strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
