What You'll Do

  • Design and execute high-impact paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Quora, and more.
  • Own paid media budgets with a relentless focus on ROAS, CAC, and long-term value.
  • Guide conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts across landing pages and funnels.
  • Oversee performance tracking : pixels, events, UTMs, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Analyze performance data using tools like PostHog, Segment, Mixpanel, Adjust, Appsflyer, MoEngage, and GA4.
  • Write and execute SQL queries to uncover deep campaign insights and trends.
  • Stay current on platform changes and trends, adapting strategy rapidly.
  • Collaborate with product and content teams to ensure message-market-fit and full-funnel consistency.
  • Contribute to broader growth squad strategy, ensuring alignment between marketing and product.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-7 years of performance marketing experience, with at least 2 years leading a team in a growth or acquisition role.
  • Proven track record managing $50K+ / month performance budgets across multiple platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and lead high-performing paid media teams.
  • Deep understanding of paid media, CRO, funnel design, and acquisition economics.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pixel implementation, tracking infrastructure, and attribution modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like PostHog, Segment, Adjust, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, GA4.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries to analyze raw marketing and user data.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong bias for experimentation, iteration, and growth.
  • Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate — this is an on-site role.

    • Support the marketing team on the key Proactive Marketing Tools (Category Review, Promo Kits, Trends Presentations) for all categories (Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Home Care and Air Care) on Canva.
    • Support each Marketing Manager on Promo Kits preparations, including the presentation content, printing the labels, and shipping the kits to the regions.
    • Coordinate weekly smelling sessions and product portfolios for Fine Fragrance and Home & Personal Care (when necessary), managing market products purchasing, ensuring the required set-up for the smelling sessions, and preparing the olfactive mapping for the presentations.
