Position Purpose
The primary responsibility of this role will be to support the business with SAP ERP system, leading but not limited to Master Data for Materials, Pricing and Suppliers. She/He will support operations by monitoring and analyzing master data, key data, and master relationship data within the organization for both Materials and Pricing. Lastly, supporting in KPI reporting and performance management by developing models, dashboards, and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for an axis for item creation, prices, assortment data accuracy.
- Be the SPOC for the Master Data and Performance Team on SAP system.
- Support the Master Data Management strategy to ensure data standardization, quality, governance and provide a single source of trust for the domains.
- Participate in data quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure master data integration, operation is smooth and act as a control gate to ensure supporting documents, level of approval and system tools to be used are compliance with company standards.
- Pro-actively monitoring and analyzing all master data objects for continuous improvements on the cleanliness of data including controlling data redundancy; ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency of master data across all business systems.

- Develop a risk-based testing approach by understanding how to translate business requirements into data design to ensure a compliant, efficient, and effective system.
- Be an advocate for continual improvement within the end and end processes, with a focus on data integrity.
- Improve, standardize, and automate reporting of performance metrics with key data insights, allowing the business to make informed data driven decisions.
- Utilize Power Bi to build out Supply Chain reporting capabilities, developing metrics, reports, and statistics.
- Minimum 6+ years' experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, and Data Quality domains and MDM tools.
- Strong SAP skills, Looker and/or other BI reporting tools.
- Advanced Excel is a must, along with being comfortable with large data.
- Education: Engineering or Business Master's degree.
- Previous experience in Retail or FMCG companies; Cosmetic market knowledge is a plus.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
