As a technical professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliable performance of our equipment at client sites, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
You will work through a thorough understanding of the operational processes of the company and have a multidisciplinary role, working closely with colleagues across several functions such as sales and logistics.
The primary responsibility is to install, commission, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced material testing equipment, including:
- Metallurgical Sample Preparation Equipment
- Hardness Testing Machines
- Tensile Testing Machines
- Impact Testers
- Optical Emission Spectrometers
- Installation and Training of new equipment supplied
- Provide on-site technical support and service for our equipment across customer locations
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Train users on machine operation and best practices
- Document service reports and communicate feedback to internal teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold company standards
- Capture annual maintenance contract
- Work in a safe, responsible, and cost-effective manner, in full compliance with safety manuals and quality assurance standards
- Successfully operate and have sufficient working knowledge of products/equipment used
- Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains products/equipment both in-house and at site
- Train employees and customers, identify, analyze, and repair product failures, order and replace parts as needed

Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Training of the new equipment supplied
- Provide on-site technical support and service for our equipment across customer locations.

- 4+ years of hands-on expertise in installation, commissioning, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Material Testing equipment, including:
- Metallurgical Sample Preparation Equipment
- Hardness Testing Machines
- Impact Testing Machines
- Optical Emission Spectrometers
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Willingness to travel and work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
