- Ensure proper documentation for material handover including material warranties specifications and test certificates.
- Ensure all material-related documentation is completed and handed over to relevant stakeholders at project closeout.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with 12 years of experience in Construction Supervision and Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of specific experience in material engineering for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of material properties testing methods and quality control procedures for construction materials such as concrete asphalt steel and aggregates.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards codes and regulations.
- Strong project management skills including ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams contractors and suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make sound decisions based on technical data.
- Physical ability to conduct on-site inspections and material testing in various construction environments.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
