This individual acts as a team lead, overseeing clerical, support, analysis, and research tasks, and reviews reports compiled for Planning. Based on properly authorized customer demand, analyze materials and capacity requirements and communicate constraints to the concerned teams.
The role involves coordinating the daily activities of the team and responsibilities such as attendance/vacation scheduling, claims, training, coaching, development, and interviews.
