Maternity Nurse Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Maternity Nurse to join our Obstetrics & Gynecology (OBGYN) Ward. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to women throughout all stages of pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postnatal recovery, as well as gynecological patients undergoing treatment or surgery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive nursing care to antenatal, postnatal, and gynecological patients.
  • Monitoring maternal and fetal well-being and reporting abnormalities promptly.
  • Administering medications, IV infusions, and performing clinical procedures as per physician orders.
  • Educating patients and families on health management and newborn care.
  • Assisting physicians during examinations, treatments, and minor procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and complying with documentation standards.
  • Ensuring adherence to infection control, patient safety, and quality standards.
  • SUPPORTING PATIENT COMFORT, DIGNITY, AND CONFIDENTIALITY AT ALL TIMES.
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Valid nursing license
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in OBGYN or maternity settings.
  • BLS/ACLS certification.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
