About the RoleTo Comply with all Farm Fresh work instructions on production/butchery related activities and to ensure proper workflow.
Key Responsibilities- Complete all production/butchery activities as per the Operation Procedures and team leader instructions.
- Slicing/Cutting/Calibration activities/Deboning of Chicken & Meat Products.
- Calibration of products ensuring maximum yield and minimum wastage as per product specifications.
- Complete butchery task effectively with in the given period and based on production orders.
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and long hours and at working environments (lower temperature 15 degree) when required.
- Identify problems as they arise, informing Shift Supervisor of deviations, or when unfamiliar with situations.
- Perform any other assignments as required by the Production Supervisor.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Basic English written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible to work Day & Night shift.
- Able to work in negative degree temperature.

About the RoleThe Document Controller will be responsible for managing and organizing company documents, ensuring proper version control, and facilitating efficient retrieval of information as needed and assisting with the coordination of document workflow between Business Units/Departments, as required. The incumbent in this role ensures that documents are accurately filed, easily accessible, and compliant with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for all documentation requirements, ensuring efficient coordination and transfer of documents across Business Units and Departments.
- Establish and manage a comprehensive documentation system in alignment with corporate standards and guidelines.
- Implement and oversee documentation control processes, including archiving, indexing, and appropriate destruction of documents, as outlined in the documentation policy.
- Safeguard important and confidential documents by maintaining secure storage systems and backup repositories for timely access and future use.
- Support the integration of document quality standards, compliance requirements, and audit-ready measures into documentation procedures.
- Collaborate with the reporting manager to define clear performance objectives at the beginning of the year and work diligently to achieve them.
- Take ownership of personal and professional development by identifying learning needs and actively pursuing growth opportunities beyond traditional training programs.
- Stay informed on industry best practices, emerging trends, and professional advancements to continually enhance document management practices.
- Strong document management skills ensuring organization, accessibility, and compliance.
- Excellent communication for effective coordination across teams.
- Proficient in Data Management System, metadata management, document security, and automation tools.
