Project Management

• Review shop drawings to make sure they are consistent with the design documents and local codes / standards (Country/Local/LEED/ASHRAE/NFPA/Uptime/ etc.) to protect further Khazna's projects from potentially overlooked issues by third parties.
• Supervise Consultant work in Review and approval of contractor's submissions, including RFI's,

Material Submissions, Shop Drawings, Method Statements and Variations.

5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• Uptime certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in system design or project planning with emphasis on data centers mission critical project delivery
• Experience in using CDE platforms such as Asite, Aconex, Procore, BIM360, ACC Cloud.

Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical):

• Proficiency in English
• Mid-level knowledge of mechanical critical infrastructure engineering discipline
• Strong understanding of engineering principles & design standards
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings and designs.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Knowledge of relevant industry codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and interact with multidisciplinary teams.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve design issues.
• Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
