- Record maintenance needs based on daily visits to shops and requests from Store Services Specialists, and plan, schedule, and distribute tasks accordingly.
- Assist in managing and coordinating floor operations between shops and maintenance work.
- Supervise preventive works to ensure they are carried out by contractors in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Coordinate with repair contractors for items beyond team capabilities.
- Monitor security issues (shop door alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm) to ensure proper functioning.
- Procure necessary materials for maintenance works, such as brushes, nails, and supplies.
- Replace team members in carrying out basic maintenance works in case of absence or as needed.

The resource will stay on-site for up to 90 consecutive days before returning to the Abu Dhabi office.

The rotation will be resident with one month of leave after one year in the UAE.
