We are seeking a proactive Digital Advertising Account Specialist to join our team in Dubai. Join a fun and lively young startup based in Dubai Silicon Oasis! Boost your experience and learn about the different types of Online AdTech environments and models.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Liaise with the campaign operation teams to allocate campaigns in the most suitable way on publisher sites.
  • Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring their advertising needs are met through tailored media strategies.
  • Creative writing and content support: Use AI tools to find high-performing keywords and phrases to improve content.
  • Monitor publisher performance on a day-to-day basis, and advise publishers on ways to increase their revenue using Jubna’s products and services.
  • Assist with critical requests or issue escalations as needed and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, selling ideas, and marketing campaigns to generate new business leads for the company.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Arabic Speaker.
  • Preferably Male.
  • Degree in Media Studies, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply. Any internship or academic projects related to media, writing, or advertising will be an added advantage.
  • For experienced candidates, at least 1-2 years of experience in an Account Executive or Digital Marketing role.
  • Experienced in building relationships with both internal and external business partners.
  • Highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Excellent client service and presentation skills, and strong negotiation abilities.
  • Own visa preferred.
  • Must be available immediately.

Pay:

AED 3,000.00 - AED 3,500.00 per month.

Summary

As a Social Planning Executive, you will focus on strategic planning and optimization for all social platforms, with a strong focus on Snapchat and YouTube, ensuring our video-first channels deliver maximum impact. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Content Planning & Calendar Ownership : Build and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars for Snapchat and YouTube, ensuring alignment with product launches, campaigns, and regional needs.
  • Video Optimization : Lead optimization of video formats (titles, thumbnails, tags, descriptions, lengths, hooks) tailored to platform algorithms.
  • Performance Insights : Partner with Analytics to generate monthly performance reports for Snapchat and YouTube, highlighting trends, learnings, and opportunities for growth.
  • Platform & Trend Intelligence : Present insights on new YouTube and Snapchat features each month, with practical recommendations for integration.
  • Creative Contribution : Provide creative input during campaign planning by recommending content formats or trends specific to video-first channels.
  • Cross-functional Alignment : Liaise with Marketing, Creative, and PR to ensure YouTube and Snapchat content plans support wider campaigns.
  • Testing & Experimentation : Drive A/B testing of formats (thumbnails, hooks, video lengths) to refine performance strategies.
  • Community Insights : Track and share insights from comments/engagement on YouTube and Snapchat to inform strategy (not day-to-day community management).
  • Broader Social Support : Contribute to social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok when relevant, supporting platform-specific campaigns and content planning as part of the wider social ecosystem.
  • 3+ years of experience in content planning, channel management, or digital media, ideally with a focus on video.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube and Snapchat ecosystems, including algorithms, best practices, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with video optimization techniques (metadata, thumbnails, content formatting).
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics to extract insights and influence content planning.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills; able to manage calendars well ahead of deadlines.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of evolving platform features, with the ability to recommend and test new approaches.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to influence creative and marketing teams.
