Location: Dubai (Hybrid/Remote Possible) | Full-Time or Freelance

We're looking for a style-conscious Social Media Manager who understands how to build culture and community through content. We are seeking someone who lives and breathes social media. This rolerequires a responsible, creative, and passionate individual who can operateindependently and think of the brand as their own.

What you'll do:

Build platform-specific monthly content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns, and cultural moments

Develop creative concepts that reflect NÓRA's aesthetic and tone, from story-led Reels to UGC curation

Content Creation & Curation

Produce and edit content (photo + video) for TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest

Combine personal content, professional shoots, and influencer assets into a cohesive brand story

Translate the "cool girl" voice of the brand into daily touchpoints

Community Engagement

Interact daily with followers and creators to maintain a strong, authentic presence

Monitor DMs, comments, and tagged content for engagement and response opportunities

Collaborate with influencers and micro-creators to expand reach

Performance & Growth

Track KPIs weekly and refine strategy based on performance insights

Stay ahead of platform updates and emerging formats

Use Pinterest to drive meaningful traffic to the site via styled pins, boards, and linked content

What we're looking for:

2–4 years experience managing social media for fashion, lifestyle, or content-led brands

Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest mechanics and culture

Strong aesthetic alignment with NÓRA's style and tone

Independent and reliable; able to manage time and output with minimal supervision

Arabic fluency is a plus
