  3. Submit, follow-up and collect all new employment, Mission and Visit visas to ensure that visas are processed on a timely manner to support the business.
  4. Maintain Data Base- Renew and Update all employees and their dependents visas, labor cards, Emirates ID, Insurance cards on a timely manner to ensure that company's records are up-to-date in the labor and immigration Departments.
  5. Preparing various sort of letters both in Arabic and English like No objection, Traffic file opening, vehicle insurance and traffic registrations & renewal and salary Certificates.
  6. Maintain confidentiality of company and employee documents.
  7. Manage petty cash provided for PR Services and submit the expenses and maintain various payment channels (CBD/Noqodi, Edirham/Amwal).
  8. Engage with higher management/HR in order to keep them in loop with regards to new Labor laws/other government laws etc.
  9. Obtain monthly visa report from MOL and immigration to keep company's files in order.
  10. Process Medical and Emirates ID applications and prepare required documents and appointments.
  11. Assist other departments in resolving any issues related to company vehicle registration and renewals to ensure that PR services are provided and as and when it is required.

Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE with expertise in government relations, labor laws, and visa processing.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and various online government portals.

  2. Must be fluent in speaking/writing/reading English and Arabic.
  3. Must have a UAE driving Licence.
  4. Must be able to identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  5. To submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including but not limited to work permits, employment visa, residence visas, Trade License, Chamber of Commerce, etc.
  6. Must coordinate with HR Dept. and Employees for employment and residency process.
