The role involves providing customer service support and resolving routine problems regarding client's product or services.
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities- Ensure that the level of service delivered to customers meets contractual performance indicators ('KPIs')
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to provide resolution to the customer
