Summary
Scientific Exchange and Medical Expertise: Serve as a key point of contact for healthcare professionals (HCPs) providing accurate medical and scientific information on Viatris pipeline products. Effectively communicate and manage drug safety issues and foster strong partnerships with HCPs to support medical and scientific collaboration.
Clinical and Research Support: Contribute to the development and of incountry clinical plans. Support clinical research activities including study feasibility site identification and coordination while ensuring compliance with regulations and Viatris policies.
Training and Compliance: Provide training to internal teams such as Sales Representatives and ensure all activities adhere to Viatris business policies SOPs and regulatory requirements. Facilitate expanded access programs and named patient supply initiatives in alignment with ethical and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities
Key role will be to identify and foster constructive relationships by providing deep medical & scientific expertise to support healthcare professionals professional associations patient advocacy groups and other relevant decision makers pertaining Viatris products. These includes the following responsibilities:
To acquire and maintain indepth scientific expertise of Viatris medicines within nominated therapy area as well as of key competitors (including those in R&D). To provide medical and scientific information to HCPs and other healthcare stakeholders in GCC countries. Interactions will be inperson and/or remotely via scientific data presentation on new products or those in development. To liaise with HCPs to effectively communicate new mechanism of actions manage product safety and clinical efficacy with accurate balance fair & update data. To develop maintain and ensure advocacy of HCPs for scientific imperatives. To provide subject matter expertise and highquality scientific exchange bringing in insights into the organization to shape strategy and incountry clinical plans. To identify data gaps for pipelines assets and support developing local RWE for value of Viatris products and market access. To efficiently work for study site identification sites feasibilities led by the clinical research team and ensure effective implementation of clinical plan. As well develop strong network of professional relations with national clinicians and researchers. To interact with clinicians and investigators for name patient and expanded access programs during preapproval phase; and to support named patient supply in accordance with country regulations and Viatris policies. To provide training to sales representatives as required. To ensure that all activities and interactions comply with Viatris policies and SOPs. To develop and maintain crossfunctional working relationships with Viatris colleagues within the incountry and above. To perform under the general direction of the Medical Director and Senior Medical Manager.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Education: Doctorate or Bachelors in Medicine or a Clinical Pharmacist Minimum 3 years of medical or commercial affairs experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company

Work on acquiring/finding new valuable leads that must have the potential to implement our instruments/tests, independent from the sales approach after finding this lead.
Working with the sales team toward increasing the sales opportunities and expanding the existing and new business.
Marketing:
Coordinating with the Marketing Department for any new materials that need to be done.
Executes marketing strategies at the local level, leveraging resources appropriately and working successfully with company team members and counterparts to share ideas and information to enhance business results.
Reports:
- Weekly Reporting to Line Manager.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science/Clinical Pharmacy.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as applicable in the healthcare market.
- Job Specific Skills: Sound technical knowledge about the human anatomy, medical field - require a good Lab/Clinical/Research knowledge, Knowledge in Microbiology, Molecular Biology & Infectious Diseases (oncology knowledge is a plus) - Excellent Interpersonal skills & English Language – Good presentation skills & negotiation skills - Good MS Office Skills.
