**Role & Responsibilities:**
- To assist in the execution of all medical activities related to Boehringer Ingelheim Medical Affairs department.
- Overseeing the medical budget allocated within each product to ensure each activity planned under medical affairs umbrella is executed to excellence within allocated budget
- To maintain record of all medical approvals, expenses, paid honoraria within the medical department in the assigned OPU.
- Collect feedback, reports and summary of all medical affairs activities conducted on monthly basis
- Ensure adequate archiving of all documentations related to the Medical Affairs Department in the assigned OPU
- Ensure adherence to compliance and all SOPs upon execution of medical affairs activities
- Providing support to the META Medical Director and the META Medical Management team as well as for internal META medical function leads and management meetings.
- Extended responsibility on the update and creation of any local medical SOPs and WIs as well as giving all needed training in the on boarding process.

+ Academic background in life sciences or a related scientific field.
+ A proactive and hands-on attitude, with a passion for learning and contributing.
+ Experience in event planning and coordination.
+ Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.

- For UAE nationals graduates of UAE or non-UAE universities are exempted from the experience and clinical training requirements for the applied title. (UAE nationals must submit a copy of their birth certificate and the mother's family book).
- Non-UAE national graduates from UAE universities are required to successfully complete six (6) months of clinical training post-graduation in an APS health facility (except for Registered and assistant Nurse titles).
- Must hold a valid License/Registration to practice in their home country and/or country of last employment (where applicable).

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
