Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

- Assists in conducting pre-employment physicals, drug and alcohol screenings, vision and hearing tests, and other physical assessments required for specific job roles.
- Take and record vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist physicians or registered nurses in treating work-related injuries, such as minor cuts, sprains, or burns.
- Maintaining and updating confidential electronic health records (EHRs) for employees.
- Documenting medical histories, exam results, and injury reports in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assists in the documentation and reporting required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
- Schedule appointments for employees with doctors, specialists, or for follow-up care.
- Handle communication with employees, management, and other departments regarding health and safety protocols.
- Manage the inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring that the occupational health clinic is well-stocked and all instruments are properly sterilized and maintained.
- 60 hours per week

- Perform microbiological testing in compliance with CAP, CLIA, and internal SOPs.
- Review and monitor QA/QC documentation to ensure ongoing compliance with CAP standards.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and investigation of quality incidents and non-conformities.
