- Provide remote and on-site technical assistance, ensuring smooth device operation and resolving issues as needed.
- Gather insights from healthcare providers to tailor solutions and improve device integration into clinical workflows.
- Maintain detailed records of training, support, and evaluations; prepare reports for regulatory purposes.
- Ensure thorough product knowledge and stay updated on relevant medical and technological advancements.
- Fulfill administrative duties in line with company policies, and attend required meetings and training sessions.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and report any device-related adverse events following regulatory protocols.
- Promote compliance with quality standards and support continuous improvement in product use and safety practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field such as nursing or biomedical engineering; nursing qualification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience, including providing training and assessments in healthcare settings.
- Prior exposure to commercial environments is advantageous but not mandatory for the right candidate.

- Assists students in understanding and applying healthcare procedures in real-time, with a focus on improving patient care and response under supervision.
- Collaborates with hospital or community health staff to facilitate student learning experiences and maintain high standards of care.
- Prepares equipment and ensures all supplies and documentation are in order for each clinical session.

- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (A master’s degree in nursing is preferred).
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in any following fields is necessary (Adult Health Nursing (Medical and Surgical Nursing), Critical Care Nursing and Maternity and Newborn Nursing Care)
- Experience in nursing education and clinical instruction, with a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment for students.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical nursing practices across multiple nursing specialized settings
- Strong understanding of hospital protocols, patient safety measures, and adult education principles.
- Ability to provide effective clinical supervision and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively manage student schedules and collaborate with healthcare staff.
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, and data effectively using MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel).
- Ability to utilize Audio-Visual equipment, proficiency in learning management platforms, and familiarity with student database systems.
- Work is primarily performed in a hospital and community health setting, involving close interaction with patients and healthcare staff.
- Physical effort required for moving between hospital departments.
- Regular exposure to hospital and community health environment conditions, with adherence to all safety protocols.
