The Medical Equipment Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales of medical equipment within the UAE.
Job Description- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales goals.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adapt sales approaches.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities and work to expand the company’s customer base.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of the equipment.
- Work closely with the finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and post-sale support.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to introduce the company’s products in new healthcare markets within the UAE.
- Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring favourable terms for the company while meeting the needs of the customer.
Education:
Preferred Biomedical Engineers.
Experience:
Experience in Medical Equipment sales, DME, Homecare equipment, orthopaedic equipment.
Minimum of 3-7 years of sales experience in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical application within medical equipment sales, with strong familiarity in life support devices used in ICU and OR settings.
- Strong marketing knowledge and good business acumen.
- Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to independently set and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to travel extensively and enhance teamwork.
