Job Title: Clinical Support Associate

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the achievement of clinic operations strategic goals.

• Certification in Heart Saver or Basic Life Support is preferred.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 6 months experience as a nursing assistant or in any medical role.

• Skills in assessing physical and psychological patient needs.
• Fluent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Arabic language proficiency (spoken and written) is preferred.

Job Summary

As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will have ownership of Clinical Programs, specialized clinical events and activities throughout both the pre- and post-sales stages focusing on improving patients outcome.

You will be responsible for positioning, scheduling, and delivering impactful and meaningful Clinical Programs across your region.

In addition, you will serve as a key clinical resource, supporting both the sales and marketing teams with your expertise.

This role reports directly to the Manager of Clinical Support.

Essential Functions

Act as a clinical specialist in positioning, promoting, aligning, scheduling and delivering Clinical Programs

Initiate strategic conversations with sales- and marketing teams as well as Business Partners and end-users on the importance of high-quality CPR and Clinical programs

Serve as a clinical expert as it relates to resuscitation, including, but not limited to, AHA / ERC guidelines, clinical practice and translational research

Qualifications

Resuscitation Officer, ICU / ED / CCU / Anesthesiology Nurse, physician or Paramedic with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the critical or emergency care setting

ALS / APLS certification, instructor level preferred

Dental Assistant role available in El-Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clinical support to dentists and other staff members.

• Assists in establishing, maintaining and recording the functional integrity of all anesthesia equipment, regular checks as well as routine inspection by biomedical engineers and maintenance for these items such as Anesthesia machines, Infusion pumps and Airway equipment.
• Assists in preparing and re - preparing of the anesthesia environment which includes all anesthesia equipment and material on a daily basis for any anesthesia procedures.
• Takes part in shifting the patient to operating room and positioned in a way not to cause pressure injury and transfer the patient to the PACU or intensive care unit.
• Participate in sign in, time out and sign out procedure for patient safety.
• Under the direct supervision and prescription of the anesthesiologist, preparing and administering anesthesia medication.
• Provide skilled assistance to the anesthesiologist in the induction and. maintenance, including monitoring of the patient throughout all the procedure.
• Provide assistance during resuscitation of the patient in emergencies by anticipating the evolving circumstances (including intraop cardiac arrest, difficult airway and insertion of invasive monitoring devices).

• Troubleshooting in any adverse event that may occur intra operatively (technical or clinical).

• Establish and secure peripheral intravenous access and Assist in Central and Arterial line insertion (Intra-operative invasive monitoring).
• Support the Anesthesiologist during general anesthetic induction, maintenance and complete reversal and in all regional anesthesia.
