Your Mission
Supports visual merchandising efforts by adapting global brand guidelines to local retail environments, ensuring impactful and consistent in-store presentations. Manages planograms, POS materials, and new door openings while collaborating with regional and local teams. Drives brand visibility through creative execution, and detailed project coordination.
Your Impact
- Localize and implement global visual merchandising guidelines across, department stores, chain stores, and permanent pop-ups in coordination with The Central VM Team.
Planogram Development & Maintenance
- Create and update planograms for all product categories, ensuring brand alignment and optimized product presentation to drive sales.
Merchandising Analysis & Reporting
- Lead annual data collection with commercial and VM teams for a comprehensive merchandising overview.
- Track and analyze the impact of visual merchandising initiatives and provide actionable recommendations.
Forecasting & POSM Planning
- Plan and manage POSM requirements for all store formats, including new openings.
- Prepare VM plans and POSM orders in collaboration with local markets, and HQ store design teams.
- Oversee the full cycle from planning and execution to post-launch analysis.
Budget Management
- Accountable for sourcing and evaluating project costings, and managing supplier negotiations to achieve optimal value, quality, and timelines for project delivery.
In-Store Execution & Brand Compliance
- Supervise Instore implementation to maintain consistency and adherence to brand standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all VM activities reflect the brand's identity and aesthetics.

Your Expertise
- Background in Visual Merchandising and or Protect Management
- Basic graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong project management and production knowledge
- 4–6 years of experience in a visual merchandising role, preferably in Luxury retail
- Experience in the perfumes or cosmetics industry and regional knowledge is an advantage
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Energetic, proactive, and solutions-driven
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
