We are seeking an accomplished Director to join our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Division with regional responsibilities across the Middle East, Europe, and North America. The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Reporting directly to the President in Shanghai, the Director will play a key role in driving origination, execution, and client coverage across complex cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate M&A mandates by leveraging strong networks with corporates, private equity funds, and financial sponsors.
  • Build and maintain senior client relationships, positioning ARC as a trusted strategic advisor.
