Seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, effectively, and safely.
The OpportunityThis role is responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from planning to completion, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and schedule constraints.
Key Responsibilities :- Manage all aspects of construction, including project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and delays
- 15+ years of experience in Oil and Gas industry, with at least 5 years in major capital projects (>USD 500M)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and direct teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex issues
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software, with ability to learn new tools and systems

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to oversee real-time management and coordination of critical on-site operations. This role will enhance efficiency and reliability in operations, enabling the remote operation of project sites from a centralized location.
This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and in-depth knowledge of power plant operations and maintenance. The successful candidate will have experience working in site environments and be proficient in data analysis, with the ability to create insights from data for informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and have a proven track record of successfully leading teams. Experience with SCADA & PLC applications, as well as the power generation industry and high voltage network, is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift working to provide 24/7 remote operations support to a designated region
- Ensure shift compliance to standard operating procedures, including dispatching service requests, incidents, alarms, TSD, and team performance
- Follow communication protocols to ensure no unstructured communication both internally and externally
- On-time reporting as per agreed stakeholders' requirements and frequency
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on remote control center activities, performance metrics, and incidents
- Lead Remote Operations Specialists and ensure smooth transitions from shifts and changeovers
- Analyze data and information from remote systems to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that may require attention
- Implement and follow standard operating procedures for remote control center operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, security protocols, and data protection measures
Requirements:
- Engineering Graduate or Higher National Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical or Control Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site environments
- Ability to work under own initiative with good organization skills
- In-depth knowledge of power plant operations and maintenance
- Data analysis and creation of insights from data for informed decision-making
- Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills
