Bartender

As a bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will be knowledgeable about the entire bar menu as well as the dining room menu, ensuring guests receive accurate recommendations and answers to their questions.

• Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring the bar is always fully stocked with all necessary products and ingredients.
• Complete daily inventory checks and communicate any changes in stock levels to servers, managers, or barbacks.
• Ensure all guests are of legal drinking age (21 or older) and follow responsible alcohol service protocols.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, always considering the customer's safety and well-being.
• Maintain a seamless flow of service between the bar, servers, and kitchen staff, ensuring prompt delivery of orders and requests.
• Complete all side work, as outlined in the bartender manual, including cleaning and restocking tasks.
