What you’ll do:Graphic Design

- Create branded visuals for organic social , blog headers, email banners, and app/web assets
- Develop reports and decks that are both clear and compelling
- Build and maintain Figma templates and design systems for the wider team

Video Editing
- Edit and repurpose existing footage into short-form videos for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
- Assist with motion graphics and animated elements for web and social use
- Work on brand videos, interviews and explainer content in collaboration with the content team
- Ensure video content is platform-optimised, on-brand, and visually compelling
- Stay up to date with editing trends and tools to keep our content fresh and effective

- Support senior team members on large campaigns and new business opportunities.
- Understand the scope of deliverables.
- Work to schedules, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
- Manage small projects or retainers in partnership with agency teams.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Collaborate proactively with managers and teams including copywriters, marketers, and other designers to achieve creative excellence.
- Support creating a fun and creative work environment.
- Conduct workshops for team members.
- Line manage and guide interns, graduates, or junior designers.
- Provide and receive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Act as a HK ambassador both internally and externally.
- Understand current and emerging social media platforms.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere for multimedia designers.
- Ability to design presentations in PowerPoint and across the Microsoft Office suite.
