Managerial/Administrative Responsibilities
- Supports, implements, and follows all hospital, departmental, and divisional initiatives, policies, and procedures.
- Helps lead and implement the organization's performance management system, including peer review, productivity, and utilization review processes.
- Participates in the organization's performance management system.
- Assists with scheduling and supports the Division Chief in ensuring adequate medical coverage within the Division at all times.
- Attends Divisional meetings as required.
