Strategy & Marketing

Proposals

- Carry out detailed reviews of Request for Proposal (RfP) documents, identify critical requirements (e.g., key dates, expertise needed, compliance issues, bid programme, and client queries etc.).
- Support in preliminary analysis of leads and RfP (Go /No-Go) based on business priorities, assist in preparing documents for internal approval process.
- Assist in preparation, co-ordination, and submission of proposals; assist in integrating methodology text provided by experts / subconsultants, company profiles, project references, staff descriptions, etc.
- Assist in preparing presentation for clients.
- Work under the constraints of time to ensure timely submission of bids (via hard copy, digital, portal, etc.).
- Contribute to the development of best practice bidding skills.
- Maintain the pipeline list of leads and proposals, follow up with clients.
- Drive the process of evaluating our proposals (Win/Lost) with the Director of Advisory Group – what we do right and where can we improve.
- Assist in leading 'lessons learnt' reviews and capturing feedback for continuous improvement of the proposal process.
Internal Operations / Business Processes
- Support the continuous improvement of tools and resources for the Maritime and wider company business development and proposal activities (e.g., bid library, standard texts, project & client references, pictures, etc.)
- Contribute to the overall development of the Maritime and wider company bidding capability by sharing best-practice bidding knowledge.
- Support the Global Maritime Business Development Team with pipeline management including the use of CRM, ERP tool (ABW), Tableau, and other data tools.
You will be part of the Water & Maritime Middle East advisory group which is part of the Water and Maritime business line. The Water & Maritime Middle East advisory group is the hub to cover the entire Middle East region. It is your task to coordinate and manage business development and projects with the staff within the Dubai office, staff from the headquarters in Europe plus our global and local partners in various countries in the region.

Experience
