Synopsis
Analyze demand and revenue performance to support network planning and revenue management. The role drives process improvements, identifies optimization opportunities, and ensures alignment between network capacity and revenue strategies to maximize profitability.
Accountabilities
- Analyze flight performance to recommend cancellations, retentions, or aircraft changes.
- Assess schedule and capacity adjustments for revenue impact.
- Streamline and standardize commercial processes (cancellations, equipment changes, revisions).
- Monitor booking patterns, fares, and yields to detect risks and opportunities.
- Act as the link between NP, RM, Scheduling, Analytics, and Pricing teams.
- Maintain reporting and deliver ad-hoc analysis on demand, revenue, and network changes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in airline commercial tools (e.g., Zenz, Altea, Tableau).
- Process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Advanced Excel; Tableau/Power BI (SQL/Python preferred).
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Aviation Management, or related.
- 4 years' experience in Revenue Management, Network Planning, or similar.
- Knowledge of airline profitability drivers and capacity management principles.

Network Design
• Responsible for the (co-)designing the Ocean Network and scenario planning with a view to delivering defined schedule reliability, cargo delivery targets at optimal cost,
