In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring that your area of responsibility efficiently and effectively provides security services and asset protection (i.e., lives, buildings, equipment, data, and professional property) through the design of physical infrastructure and processes across the International Customer Fulfillment environment.
Key job responsibilities
End-to-end own, build, maintain, and improve complex risk-based security programs and projects specific to Customer Fulfillment within EMEA to prevent theft and losses.
Develop risk-based as well as cost-effective security solutions and engage internal and external stakeholders to implement the security solutions.
Create security standards, programs, assessments, and procedures and collaborate with key regional stakeholders for their consistent implementation.
Ensure compliance to security standards and requirements, partner with stakeholders to implement effective audit programs to detect, prevent, and mitigate Customer Fulfillment losses, and follow up on definition and implementation of corrective action plans.

A day in the life
As a Senior Program Manager on the CF Solutions team, you will support the Security and Loss Prevention team with end-to-end owning, developing, maintaining, and continuously improving complex risk-based security projects and programs specific to Customer Fulfillment within International. To achieve this goal, you will develop and implement comprehensive security projects and programs aligned with organizational goals. You identify, assess, as well as prioritize risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. You will also ensure that all security projects and programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and local standards and you provide ongoing training on security best practices for the personnel involved in your projects and programs.
About the team
Working in partnership with our stakeholders, Security and Loss Prevention secures the Amazon supply chain end-to-end and promotes security during business conversations. Sitting within Security and Loss Prevention, the CF Solutions team does this by developing and implementing risk mitigation programs to prevent Security and Loss Prevention-related risks and vulnerabilities within the Customer Fulfillment environment as early as possible. Continually assessing the programs and adjusting to support the ever-changing operational requirements, we deep dive root causes and embed standards and processes to improve productivity and prevent re-occurrence of incidents. We also provide frameworks for standards to enable business units conduct their daily operational tasks whilst mitigating risks accordingly. To reach this goal, we collect and consolidate information to evaluate existing as well as evolving modus operandi. Collaborating with additional Security and Loss Prevention support function teams, we assess the risk and develop programs to minimize potential impact. We also provide strategic, tactical, and operational programs for customers' as well as stakeholders' business needs and priorities by working closely with International senior management, support functions, and other security functions in a global framework.
Basic Qualifications
