What You'll Be Doing

Monitor & Maintain: Keep LI systems reliable, highly available, and compliant.

What We're Looking For:
bachelor's in computer science, Network Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of network/security experience.
Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco (IOS, ASA, Firepower) & Palo Alto (NGFW, Panorama).
Deep knowledge of traffic analysis, port mirroring, and LI standards (ETSI, CALEA).
Skilled with tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, VPNs, IPSec/GRE tunnels, NAT & routing.
Bonus Points If You Have
CCNP Security (or similar certifications).

We are seeking a skilled (LI) Engineer with expertise in Cisco and Palo Alto technologies to design, implement, and manage interception solutions in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role involves deep technical knowledge of networking, security systems, and compliance protocols, working closely with internal security teams and law enforcement agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and deploy lawful interception solutions across Cisco and Palo Alto network infrastructure.
Configure routers, switches, and firewalls to capture and mirror traffic for lawful access.
Integrate and manage LI mediation devices and ensure data is delivered to LEAs securely and reliably.
Monitor and troubleshoot LI systems to maintain high availability and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with regional and international LI regulations (e.g., ETSI, CALEA).
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and law enforcement teams to support active intercept warrants.
Maintain documentation of all interception configurations, policies, and procedures.
Respond to audits and inspections related to LI systems and practices.
Assist in incident response and forensic analysis as required.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of experience in network engineering or security roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco (e.g., IOS, ASA, Firepower) and Palo Alto Networks (e.g., NGFW, Panorama).
In-depth knowledge of network traffic analysis, port mirroring, and packet capture.
Familiarity with LI standards and protocols (e.g., ETSI HI1/HI2/HI3, CALEA).
Experience with tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, and security monitoring platforms.

The Technical Support Specialist provides on-site and remote support for customer's existing solution and provide solution implementation. The Technical Support Specialist will be required to develop and maintain an expertise on the products deployed within the Customers' site in terms of system and network solutions. Technical Support Specialist will be representing NCR within the customer.
Key Areas of Responsibility
The Technical Support Specialist Will Be Responsible For:
- To understand the Customers' organizational structures and become familiar with the Customers' implementation, support processes and procedures to help in designing a solution that is highly available and sustainable.
- Implement new products and features for any new or existing client's change requests.
- To perform software upgrade on system applications and to ensure that they are implemented and functioning correctly.

Job Responsibilities
Network Operations & Support
- Provide technical support for network infrastructure, diagnosing and resolving issues related to switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Configure, install, and maintain Cisco (Catalyst/Small Business), D-Link, and AVAYA switches to meet operational requirements.
- Configure and maintain wireless network infrastructure including Cisco WLCs, D-Link Controllers, Aruba (on-prem & cloud), and Sophos firewalls as WLCs.
- Perform advanced network configuration (VLANs, trunking, STP, switch stacking – VSS/Stack-Wise Virtual).
- Support routing protocols such as static routing, BGP, and policy-based routing.
Network Security
- Manage and troubleshoot security solutions using Sophos and Fortinet firewalls, including firewall rules, policies, and high availability (HA).
- Monitor and maintain network security measures including IPS, DDoS protection, ACLs, and port security.
- Configure and manage VPN solutions (site-to-site IPSec VPN and remote access VPNs).
Voice & Network Services
- Provide support for IP telephony, including Voice VLANs, IP phone configuration, and PBX system support.
- Maintain essential network services such as DNS, DHCP, NAT, Syslog, NTP, and SNMP.
- Ensure high availability of network services to support business continuity.
Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor network performance using OP Manager, PRTG, or equivalent tools.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and resolve issues to maintain optimal network performance.
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software troubleshooting and escalations.
Deployment & Documentation
- Conduct site surveys and assist in new network deployments.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations, change logs, and resolutions.
- Follow IT change management procedures to ensure minimal disruption.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and industry best practices.
- Recommend improvements to enhance network reliability, scalability, and security.
Qualifications & Experience:
