Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Presales Network Support Engineer with fluent Arabic speaking capabilities and foundational understanding of network monitoring tools. This role bridges the gap between technical solutions and customer needs, supporting the sales team by understanding customer requirements, proposing technical solutions, and ensuring smooth communication in Arabic-speaking regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical point of contact for customers during the presales process, especially for Arabic-speaking clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop customized network solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and POCs (Proof of Concepts) tailored to customer environments.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, solution documents, and RFP responses.
- Communicate effectively in Arabic and English, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and solutions.
- Maintain a basic understanding of network monitoring tools (such as ManageEngine, Nagios, SolarWinds, PRTG, or proprietary tools) to guide clients on system visibility, alerting, and uptime management.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and improve product offerings.
- Support onboarding and initial deployment phases from a technical perspective.
- Stay updated on the latest in network technologies, security trends, and monitoring solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in a network support or presales engineering role.
- Fluent in Arabic and English verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs).
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, or equivalent).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
